Overall satisfied so far.
The engine oil drain line plug was not installed tightly enough and worked its way out. Lost the plug, but the engine did not lose all its oil. Thought It might have damaged the engine, I expressed my concern to Lowe’s and they replaced the mower. The new mower came and the plug was not tightened secure either, had thread sealant on it, but just wasn’t turned in securely. Secured the plug. Was a little disappointed in the ride, but compared to my previous mower I can’t complain too much. My only concerns so far.

At 6.8 hours, the oil drain whip's plug loosened and fell out while operating, resulting in a seized engine. This was replaced under factory warranty (the part that failed was on Toro not Kohler). Otherwise, very nice machine.
